I woke up today thinking it's time for an old fashioned picnic.
You know the kind... Mom and Dad take you to the local park, there are plenty of things to do, games to play, and lots of general running around. A heavy wood picnic table, a small cook stove for heating up hot dogs and hamburgers. Watermelon with a seed spitting contest. Finally, a cooler for cake and ice cream later on.
Since my family lives just a hour away from the mountains, I thought we should forego the city parks and head straight to the high country.

I will go with you, but there has to be a playground with swings AND a merry-go-round AND a really tall metal slide. I don't think RMNP has any of those.
